Discover opportunities to expand into India’s cleantech market.
The Australia–India Tech Connections Program gives selected Australian businesses the chance to join the Cleantech in India Program, comprising a suite of live-facilitated sessions, a self-paced training course and resources designed to build capability to engage and drive commercial outcomes with stakeholders in India.

Program description

India’s cleantech market is projected to reach $236 billion by 2030, driven by ambitious renewable energy targets, large-scale infrastructure modernisation, and net-zero commitments. Australia is recognised as a global leader in many clean energy and agtech solutions, yet many businesses face challenges entering India’s rapidly growing market. With the right market knowledge, skills and local partnerships, Australian businesses are well-placed to seize these opportunities.

What's included

  • Cleantech Masterclass (6 November 2025): Insights into India’s cleantech ecosystem, including key policies and regulations, key risks and mitigation strategies and collaboration opportunities. This masterclass is supported by Austrade.
  • Doing Business in India Masterclass (10 November 2025): Gain insights into the cultural drivers, business styles, and influencing skills needed to build strong partnerships and succeed in India.
  • Self-paced online course – Doing Business in India: Extend your learning at your own pace.
  • You will also have access to the Australia–India cleantech playbook, providing insights and tools to help navigate the Indian market.

Participation is by Expression of Interest. Places are limited. Selected applicants will gain access to the program.
